Has anyone who ordered a JLU diesel seen a build date or started production? I'm in D1 with no build date, which I think is odd? Anyone have any diesel orders out there?

I have a Sahara Altitude Diesel with a confirmation order date of 6/9. There has been no movement yet. I am tentatively scheduled without a date. I read someone had a diesel in production or a production date.

Thanks for the suggestion! Was able to get in touch with them - sounds like I don’t have a vin yet. Seemed much slower than most (ordered end of July) but it sounds like us 2-door folks are moving more slowly than others. Still no word from the dealer so looks like I’ll keep waiting it out.

I have a diesel on order... got pissed at my dealership, so found a 22 and not taking delivery of my order. Still been tracking it just for fun...
Order was put it on 06/16, scheduled for production around 07/06 with a build date of 08/24.

I can finally join the “in production” club! Estimated delivery of 9/17, which I am very happy with but would be ecstatic if it was sooner too ??

This is a total assumption, but if I ordered a feature such as brown leather seats, does that typically push me back in the process because so many are made with the standard black seats? The change of seats also changes several interior accents (which is why I chose it) so it seems reasonable that my order would take longer than a more standard order.

That said I have no clue if that matters. Anyone have experience with this assumption?

I'd like to know this too - the first time I ordered a Jeep (and gave up) I ordered the HA gray seats and that thing took FOREVER!!!!! I often wonder if ordering outside of the "norm" causes delays.

On Aug 3 my salesman showed me that the est. shipping date was 8/27. Last weekend, I found out it got pushed back to 8/29. Today I found out it is now 8/30.

Last digits are 533886 and I’m still only at “Order Confirmed”. I’m wondering if it could be a a combination of: 2-door (not as many produced and I don't see 2023 on Cryptostickers as of yet), Reign (limited edition color), and lots of options (sourcing materials) that could be an issue. Either that or it’s karma. I'm starting to regret having punched that nun.
