So, as of today, 3901 December orders still don't have build sheets. (based on https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/ask-ratbert.89818/page-20#post-1932277 )



Now, it looks to me like 100% of December orders will at least have started build by the end of June.

Since that analysis, 342 December Jeeps entered build, about 85 a day, which is very much consistent with that projection.

So, if you're a december order, odds are about 50/50 you'll enter build by May 31, and practically 100% that you'll enter build by June 30.

I'm a December order, I'm right there with ya. I'm planning on doing a bit of travelling for a couple weeks in July, so according to the "Maximum Perversity of the Universe" principle - that's when my Jeep's almost certain to show up at the dealer.

You are trying to linearly apply the current burn down rate. This is not a valid analysis.

12/13 JLUR-XR order. I'm still gathering f#cking parts. I'm giving up on JC, as they really have zero information unless it pops up on their screen. Plus I hate hearing that it takes 9-14 weeks, and to be patient. When you explain its been 18 weeks, they then respond with will there are a lot of variables, etc. No kidding!

They send you this email after escalating and providing an "update".

"After being escalated the Tracking Specialists did leave a message on the case stating that at this stage of the vehicle order they cannot do much. They did confirm that your vehicle does have their priority and attention. They also advised you that your vehicle does have a VIN assigned currently and that you should stay in contact with your selling dealership as they can provide updates as they become available."

Basically, I'm assuming my Jeep will show up sometime on the next 4 months (which would be about 9 months waiting if that happens). I really wish I had not sold my JK. Dealer was convinced that it would be 4 months maximum, which I decided to make work. Jeep coordination with Dealerships and customers is abysmal. FYI - my dealer does not proactively do anything to let me know they've checked or even asked their regional representative.

I checked in with my dealer yesterday and she said they have not been able to get updates for almost a month???? I knew of the shipping info delay but nothing about getting info on the build. I am doing my best to be patient but some proactive communication would be nice.

Well, I just got a call from the dealer letting me know that my Jeep was put on a truck in Denver this morning and should be here tomorrow or Wednesday, so I will hopefully be getting it this week!

I’ve had my build “escalated” twice, went back to C after being in D for months, called jeep 5 times, received only one email response back in March and I still don’t have any ETA, but I was informed yesterday that I went D1.

12/9 order, just got confirmation tonight from dealer that it’s been delivered! Finally! I hope all my fellow December (and earlier!) order folks get theirs soon! Looking forward to finally fulfilling an almost 50-year old dream of owning a Jeep.

I went all out and got pretty much everything: Xtreme Recon, Sky One Touch, Steel Bumpers, Safety and Advanced Safety, cold weather group, LED lights, brown leather interior, the whole shebang. Loving it so far. It’s a beast.
