I've corrected that post. I misread my data earlier and the max is in the 535xxx range.

The VIN details the type of vehicle, but the sequence number portion is sequential based on when it was assigned.
If that's max and sequential, why would mine be just a few hundred below that and issued almost 2 weeks ago? Seems weird that they'd have assigned half a million VINs already, and if max, they'd certainly have run out of numbers by now (or gone into 600xxx range).

We're seeing sequence numbers in the 570xxx range.

Edit: I was mistaken. I thought that I saw them in that range, but the max detected is in the 535xxx range.
My sequence number is 548684. I ordered on 8/9. Tracker does not show a VIN, but the dealer gave me the VIN and D status...

The first number is locked, they started at 500001 and climbed from there

I ordered 8/12, assigned my VIN 8/18, the last 6 of my VIN are 550889, and I got the notice 8/19 that I am in the queue for production.

Well my ship date got pushed back to 9/9. Hopefully it doesn’t get pushed again. 23’ Willys Unlimited 3.6 E-Torque.

We have accessed our build sheet. Link from the crypto email allowed it, could not access from the spread sheet.

Question - American Flag fender decal was indicated as standard….. on 2023s best I can tell. Anyone have a pic?
I’ve been looking for info on this as well! Anyone have any details? Is it true? If so, is it all ‘23s or certain trim levels?

New to the forum but I’m so excited, mine apparently entered production 4 days ago with an estimated delivery of Sep. 26th

Dealer originally told me to expect it sometime in December

That’s good to see. We have a similar build. Check my signature. Build date is 8/29

Do you think the sequence number has anything to do with the build date? Or are you saying that you’re seeing sequence numbers starting 570XXX are being built now? Also do the sequence numbers correspond to the type of vehicle whether it’s a sport or a Sahara or a Rubicon because I’ve noticed that not many sports are being built but a lot of the Sahara‘s are…
I have a Sahara with the V-6 and not seeing any with that engine with build sheets yet…but mine is not due to be built until today, which I assume will probably be bumped several days…?‍♂

To clarify: that's the max that have build sheets that are visible on jeep.com. The starting sequence number was 500001.
