Mine also had a picture and now there is no picture I also ordered on the 14th got the Jeep email on the 18th call the dealership yesterday he said there’s no Vin or any other information at this time but things are moving along. And the Pizza tracker just says that the order is confirmed.

My picture showed back up today. I have a VIN, but nothing more. At least according to the pizza tracker. My dealer basically told me not to bother her LMAO - I said “the best I can do is cut it down to texting weekly.” She reluctantly said “ok.” ?

Rendering appearing again for me as well. Other than details/shading improvements on tires … no other visible changes to the vehicle itself.

I'm trying to refrain from bugging my dealer too much too! But the waiting is terrible! And I also made my order like 3 days ago! ?
I just wanna have my VIN & then I'll chill out.... Maybe.... Probably not! ??

After some digging, I've found the Jeep Tracker information is actually public, if you know your VON and last name. This is the URL used by the Jeep Tracker website:

https://www.jeep.com/hostz/cots/order-status/ORDER_NUMBER/YOUR_LAST_NAME

Now, if you have an iPhone you can use the built-in Shortcuts app to create a personal automation that checks this URL daily and sends you a notification if your VIN status changes from empty.

I now have my phone checking my VIN status daily and will update me when it finds one. Pretty cool.

This is beautiful! I just added a similar automation and have it looping through the statuses as well to provide an update on those.

VON on 6/15, and as of today (8/5/22), in D status. Got my VIN today. It's moving (hopefully)!

Still no movement for mine. Order placed 7/19, received VON same day, showed up on Jeep tracker a few days later. Still no VIN or POC from the dealer.

Ordered 2-door Rubicon in Sting-Gray w/auto v6 (plus 'upgrade' wheels, painted hardtop and fenders, steel bumpers, leather seats, cold package, LED package, tow package, auto-4WD and headliner).
