2-Door Seat Compatibility

Would a four door drivers seat fit into a 2 door? My seat mechanism for the drivers seat is broken for the ability to pull the lever on top and have the seat fold and slide forward, and it will get stuck if it mistakenly gets pulled again.

So I thought if I put a four door drivers seat in as a replacement, that problem would go away as I run with no back seat and don't use that feature.

But I am afraid of my wife forgetting, and pulling it by mistake - that's the reason for the switch.

We have one of each; as far as I can tell the seat looks to be exactly the same except for the folding mechanism on the seat back and seat track to slide. If you find one you could probably even swap the 4-door track as well and make the switch even easier.
