I realize you posted this recently, but are you still happy with the mirrors? Thanks!
Yes, very happy. The mirrors are concave so I get a great view behind me. I can see the whole Jeep and tires out of the mirrors and what is behind me. The mirror do not vibrate or shake so the view is clear. I do not have any complaints. The fit and function is excellent.

Thank you for responding and sharing your experience with them—I do appreciate it.

After diligent searching available mirror options and reading through this thread I went with the Carolina Metal Masters mirrors. Having received them Friday and now installed and tested. IMO the price is justified. Every component is metal except the mirror and the plastic bezel around the mirror. They don’t shake, vibrate or move when driving, including highway speeds. They are also multi purposeful with the addition of the ball mount allowing products for mounting accessories like a smart device or gps to them.

Nice! Mine got delivered to my workplace, today. I have to wait until Monday to see them. Glad to hear you’re pleased with yours!

Within 10 seconds of my first ride with the CMM mirrors mounted, I knew I didn’t like the mounting location right in my line of sight. I decided to use the lower mounting option.

Figured I’d add these photos here to show how you can choose a top or bottom mount position (as many have posted here). Thought it might be nice to see them side-by-side.

If you decide to use the bottom mounts, you just need to swap the driver and passenger side mounts.

Bottom location just makes more sense. I wonder why the top is the default? Is there any drawback to mounting on bottom? e.g. reduced adjustability?

Mine are in the box, still. Too damn cold for no doors.

I agree, I’m puzzled by why they advertise them for the top mount. No drawback that I can see so far, adjustability is the same.

On the contrary, to me, visibility is much improved and I don’t nearly hit my head on them during entry and exit.

Aaaaand the new estimated ship date for the Rugged Ridge windshield mounted mirrors is 8/30. Boo! The wait is killing me. Maybe I'll get these at the same time as my soft top window bag.

Not great, hard to adjust, vibrate as well
