Do you have different lung patterns for front and back being different axles?

Artec lower frame brackets and I cut out the crossmember tie in and welded it up myself for the third link and made all the links out of DOM and johnny joints.

Been away from the forum for a little while. Finished up a junkyard axle swap. 1989 F350 Dana 60 kingpin and 2004 GM 14 bolt. Will be adding details and pictures.

I am so fcking pissed rn. A guy was selling his built 08+ 60 rear sterling combo fully built ready to bolt on tons for $7500 and I offered him $10k if he would install the rear JL truss kit plus manual hubs and deliver them (4hr drive). He said yes and we agreed on a deposit etc. But then he ghosted me and sold them. Thank god I didn't send a deposit yet. So by factory brakes you mean I can use my rubicon brakes or you mean factory ford brakes?

I have no welding or regear skills so I am trying to build a set as much as I can and then take them to my to go shop. I aint spending $18k on crate axles.

Ok it is happening now a friend of mine is welding the trusses and he is trying to hook me up with some diy DOM tubing for the tie rod and draglink. Unfortunately he is in TN and I am in AZ. I ordered some Artec High steer arms I was wondering if you can give me some measurements for your drag link center to center of the pitman arm. I am pretty sure that the mounting distance difference between you TMR arms and the Artec ones is pretty similar.

Awesome build, I like seeing these DIY 1-ton swaps, really takes some ingenuity. Maybe we could get a Chevymitchell style write-up. He has me almost thinking I could do my own gear swap. I think I'd like to go 4.56 on my 30/44 combo.
On the hunt for super duty axles now. Got a few sets I'm going to look at up in Springs this coming weekend.

Did you find anything you liked up in COS?

This evening it started snowing pretty bad. My brother lives in Loveland and his ball joint let go on his ride home from work just as it started snowing good.

I don’t find what I was looking for. Wasn’t happy with the examples I saw so still hunting.
