You are a little off on your tire sizes, the 33's are actually 32.7 inch and the 35's are 34.4 inch for a difference of 1.7 inch or 0.85 inch of vehicle lift. 😎

Check it out here; https://tiresize.com/comparison/
I use 30psi for on-road pressure, and this is about what I get for direct measurement on the jeep, ~32.4/5" for the stock 285/70R17 and ~34.4/5" for the 315/70R17 on it now.

The KO2 run smaller the other 315/70R-17. My KO2 were actually only 33.5”. Pretty sad when you have to order a 37” tire to get a true 35. At least my 315 Duratracs were 34.5” at the same pressure.

True! Here is mine on 1.5" Clayton springs and 37" Ko2 D rated tires. These are 35.5". I love them, but wouldn't mind fi they were just a bit larger.

Is the 10 7/8" spring hat to axle tube measurement stock Rubicon height? On our JLUR with 3.5" metalcloak springs with steel bumper, winch, and hilift mounted on the front bumper I measure 14" so 3 1/8" of lift on our heavy build (full metalcloak skids, 39" spare, etc). On my JT mojave I measure 12" with a 2" spacer, winch, and steel bumper. May swap in the same 3.5" mc springs on the JT to give it some more distance before I get into the hydraulic bumpstops up front as I run it hard in the desert.

2 door springs that match the options. Springs uncompressed are only 1/2 inch or so higher but the coil wrap is different.
You managed to get 2-door XR springs? Can you provide the part numbers?

2025 willys XR
21.7 inch eye to eye shock measurement, which is about 1.7inch higher than standard rubicon suspension. I removed the stock XR shocks and installed 2inch lift bilstein 1500s which should give me plenty articulation.

I have a light smittybuilt winch and a rugged ridge arcus bumper.

My willys came with plastic bumpers.

Nice. Thats a bit on the taller side for an XR. Mine was a bit on the lower side at just under 1.5” lift.

Since there's already been some measurements posted. I just wanted to share a side by side comparison in the driveway. Left is a '25 Rubicon X with the 35" tire package. Right is a '21 Rubicon on stock 33". Both have factory steel bumpers, KO2 factory tires, hard tops, etc. So optioned from the factory relatively the same aside from the 35" tire package. May be only 1.5" but makes a big difference to my eyes.

Yes, the complete XR package side by side is around 2.5” taller in comparison. In your case You have to factor in 1.5” for the suspension lift plus about another inch in tire height.

My XR completely stock was 21.25" at the front and 23" at the rear (shocks, eye to eye).

So around 1.25" front and rear over a Rubicon.

They both come with ko2s which run small. The 33s are more like 31.5" on the Jeep and the 35s are closer to 33.5" installed so both? The installed height difference is 1" but you could gain another 0.5" going to a "larger 35".
The interesting thing is with the Tazer you enter the manufacturers claimed diameter (34.4" for a KO2 315/70R17E, 36.5" for KO2 37x12.5R17D, etc.) to get the speedometer to read correctly.

Alrighty, going to overshare a brain dump. Perhaps it proves to be useful for someone, maybe not... :) Note that throughout these pictures, the tire/wheel combo remained consistent.

I have a 2024 JLURX with factory steel bumpers and I added a winch myself. As far as I can tell, from the factory I had the same springs that come with the steel bumper/winch combo (Front, right factory coil P/N 68631093AA).

Front fender measurement, factory configuration, no winch (40.75")
1722030499160-tj.jpg

From there, I added a winch and bumper bar, prob about 100lb of stuff. This resulted in about a 0.25" drop (40.5")
1722030619876-88.jpg

Not thrilled with the factory rake anyway, and now additional 0.25" of sag, I went ahead and put in a 1" Teraflex coil spacer in the front. Oddly enough, this got me to about 41.25". I am assuming in the days between adding the winch and measuring, the coils settled a bit further, rendering only 0.75" of lift from the previous measurements.

Happy with it visually, but still wanting a coil that handled weight a bit better, I went ahead and just completed the install of @Clayton Off Road 1.5" coils front and rear. I need to drive a bit to get a feel for how it handles, but it raised the measurement in the front to just a bit more than 41.5" after settling a few tenths.

If curious... The rear went from 40.8" to just a bit more than 41.25"

Finished ride, I couldn't get a full picture without a wide angle lens, will try to get a better pic down the road...

I recently measured 40.75 on all 4 corners except rear passenger (41.0) with full tank of gas on my 22 Willys Xtreme Recon. I replaced the factory plastic bumpers with the factory steel ones. I'm still on the original KO2 tires (40,000) miles. I was thinking of adding 1/2 spacers.

That is refreshing, as I figured I got about 4-5" from my 2.5" Metalcloak lift. The front, with a winch, measures at 14.25", so definitely got more than 3"....now I'm getting a flip kit for sure! :D
