Thank ya. Just worked non-stop up until a minute ago. Cleaned up shop and called it a day. I've got to get the 02 sensors off next and then the cats can come out. After that, it's cutting and grinding time.So much shop envy. Love your setup and that really is a lot of progress for a single day.
Appreciate that!Always fun watching your builds! What made you pick RK for your LA set up?
That is a full days work!Exhaust is out. The muffler has a serious rattle on the inside. Haha. Finding little gems like that is always nice.
Got a list going of little parts I’m going to replace while I’m here. Like the exhaust isolators and mounts, front wheel hubs, etc… cheap enough to justify as regular/periodic maintenance items.

Goes to show what a major undertaking a long arm kit is!Having McDonalds for lunch slowed me down...Lol.
Tomorrow, I'll do the cats, but that's it. Busy week of graduations and having family in town so I won't get much done until next weekend now. Gives me time to get some gas for the welder and order parts. I'm in no rush. Just need it done for a big wheeling trip in July.
Absolutely. It's something you need to plan for, for sure; preparation is key for the shortest amount of down time when doing it by yourself.Goes to show what a major undertaking a long arm kit is!
that stinks , but at least your not needing to drive it to work tomorrow!First parts issue… lol. I’m not sure I’ve ever done a large suspension project like this without something being wrong or missing with the parts.
Inventory all parts by part # and not just the count. Check bolt lengths, nut types, washer ID’s, every detail you can.
I was sent a rear JK 3 link conversion kit. Not a JL. Pics for reference in differences.
