How did you black out the Roam logo? and does this actually work as a step? Example will short women or older people get to that as a step? Thanks!OK. Installed the Roam steps to get a good look and photo's. Its pretty straight forward but I did need to drill out the holes a little in the pinch seam. Not a Roam problem but a Jeep inconsistency and not all needed to be bored out. To make it easier install the brackets and hand tighten the bolts. I used a rubber mallet to adjust as needed. Once the brackets are installed just set the rails on top. THIS WILL SAVE YOUR BACK and make this a one man or lady job.
For those that want to black out the Roam logo or hide the pinch seam you can just add that piece behind and it will cover. See photo. I tried it both ways and decided to black it out. You could also paint those to really have it stand out which I am kicking around.
Really impressed with how tight they get to the body and hide the seams like the Rubi rails. Solid as well.
Also...if you use these steps barefoot you can kiss your feet goodbye.
FYI...i did not hook up the lights. That is for another day and for TTEChris to handle.
