Really waiting to see how Jeep handles this with the OP because I doubt Jeep can add Keyless Enter n Go to the Sport. Will they allow him to return the vehicle for a full refund? That’s probably the easiest solution. Then OP can upgrade to Sport S or higher trim level if desired. Jeep can wash their hands and both parties are made whole again. I mean how many people out there are making this complaint? Probably just a handful.

For the guys that are bashing the OP, how would you handle it if LED headlights were listed as standard equipment then later you realized they are halogen? Would you ask for LED headlights as listed on the window sticker? I would. Would you just suck it up and blame yourself for not thoroughly inspecting the vehicle during delivery?
If LED headlights were on my window sticker (And they are) and I was Charged extra for this optional equipment (And I was) but I saw that the vehicle in question didn't have LED headlights? I would have walked away from the deal... no sale. I would have gone to a different vehicle.

Now consider if LED headlights were listed as standard and Halogen Headlights were also listed as standard on the same window sticker... then I would need to ask questions about the conflicting standard equipment listings.

There is Keyless Entry and Keyless Go. The sticker said Keyless Entry n' Go. That means you have Keyless Entry and Keyless Go. They only got Keyless Go, Jeep started to remove the Keyless Entry from the Window sticker because its wrong. End of the day Jeep messed up. It dosen't mater if they want to get something for free, when you are in the business like this you need to be extra careful how you advertise your stuff because you are liable to stand behind it. No one can vouch for what this person thought, we are not them so all we can do is assume.

Correct, and to reiterate this again, Keyless Enter-N-Go is not a generic term. It's a trademarked term for a specific feature that allows you to never need your fob to use the vehicle.

So, yes, FCA screwed up. But I've found other places where they screwed up such as labeling the D44 axle as "twice as strong" as the JK Dana 44, even though Dana themselves say the increase in strength is 8%, not 100%.

Basically, this is a case of people working for Jeep who don't know how to use words properly, probably Millennials who did nothing but text emojis before being hired at FCA.

Finding irregularities or half truths in Jeep advertising is one thing, but listing features on the window sticker that are not installed. Yikes! Just like if the window sticker stated LED headlights as standard equipment on the Sport but halogens were installed instead.
Yes, Keyless Enter n Go is a FCA trademark and is very well explained in this Mopar JL video. No doubt Jeep screwed up but let’s see how they handle THEIR mistake.

Please try to use your vehicle without your fob and get back to us with the results. :cwl:

I'm lost as to why this was funny? If you have proximity feature, you can walk up to the jeep and grab the door handle and it will unlock. Next, jump up in the jeep, press the button...FOB stay on your person without every touching it.

Yeah, and your video also clearly states "key fob programming for power locks." Power locks are not standard equipment in the Sport.

Here are three easy solutions to tdog's dilemma so he can have his cake and eat it, too:
  1. Leave a door unlocked. Bazinga, keyless enter 'n go!
  2. Leave a window down. Bazinga, keyless enter 'n go!
  3. Remove the doors. Bazinga, keyless enter 'n go!

D'oh! If it's on your person, you're using it, skippy. Besides, proximity entry is optional, meaning you have to pay extra for it. The person to whom I replied said you "... never need your fob to use the vehicle."
