Picking my up my 22’ 392XR this week finally!
That`s great news!!! Definitely would like to see some pictures when it arrives

Myself and other forum members are still waiting for our 2021 392XR`s to be delivered. I placed my order on 8/6/21 and I know of another member who placed his order just 2 weeks after mine and he is still waiting for his to be delivered

But that are ahead of me? I ordered 10/9...how many do you think ordered before me that are still in D? ?
They don't build orders sequentially. That's the annoyance for many/most people here.

I mean I get that! But to be in D1 for 4 weeks??? And lots have ordered after me and have theirs built before me??? Kinda annoying...my parts were gathered and waiting for production before many orders were placed that have been built....that doesn't make sense....

It's possible something was out of wack but just my 2c, guessing most on this forum understand the nature of such a massive tire and all that the XR package brings to the table. Yes there are negative affects on all aspects of starting, stopping, body roll etc. Big tire are hard on all drivetrain components, stopping distances increase, fuel economy suffers i It's a trade off people are willing to accept to have a Jeep set up from the factory, what remains to be seen though is of all the people ordering this option do they really understand the way it will affect the overall daily use of the jeep.
Just another view: My 2015 was on 35s and I got 17-19 mpg in town, 22-25mpg on the highway. I never had any extra wear and tear because I was on 35s. I had upgraded axels and gears and never had to make any repairs that were not due to normal wear. We took her off road and never experienced anything afterwards when daily driving. With the proper set up and not driving like an idiot, 35s shouldn’t cause any issues.

I was very in tune with my Jeep and would definitely notice if she was experiencing something “not right”. Matter of fact, I had many head butts with service when they would try to dismiss issues and look and see that I was right.

my husband also just got a 22’ Gladiator. Within hours of driving it, he noticed something wasn’t right. After insisting something wasn’t right and having it looked at three times, there was a component of his 4x4 in the gear house that was snapped in half. Came from the factory that way. Always listen to your Jeep heart. You know that Jeep better than anyone. ?

That's it...I'm depressed....I know there's many before me...and many to follow...VIN 153XXX ordered 12/20, and the Jeep I ordered is what seems to be a hell of a wait, especially with all the unknowns, chip issues, labor shortages, transportation delays, etc. I look around and see some getting theirs, others waiting for what seems to be an eternity (you OCT/NOV guys). The exact jeep I ordered is apparently in transit and available to buy to another dealer in AZ (I'm in FL) but wants like $9-10K over MSRP range near 70K. :puke:. I really don't want to pay that much, some may say that's the free market, I'd say more like price gouging, but the more I wait I fear Jeep will run out of parts or demand will exceed capacity for another year, or some other BS will crop up to further add to what seems like long delays, and it makes the other option start to sound more sane. Am I starting to go crazy here already watching everyone else's posts, getting Jeep envy? Maybe I just need to get a cold bucket of water thrown on my and told to take a deep breath and relax. First world problems, I know. Man....ordering a Jeep in 2022 is giving me a condition....but damn, I've always wanted a Jeep, so come hell or high water, I'm getting a frigin JEEP.
I ordered 10/11, vin 102265, on jan13 went to paint, Jan 14 final inspection & Jan 17 in transit!!
Thanks for the info! I just hit final inspection as of Friday so I am hoping I am in my final week!

Not at all. I've seen VIN 101348 followed by 173912. These aren't actual numbers, I'm just trying to make a point. :)

I don't understand the rhyme or reason behind what pushes certain orders ahead or behind and I've been working for Jeep for 12 years. Sold orders like ours are always placed in priority of dealership orders, but there's still no line jumping.

And another thing, I'd personally rather be stuck in D1 for 5 weeks than stuck in F status or even worse, I or J. Especially I. At least in D1, my Jeep doesn't actually exist.

What is mine considered because now you’ve got me worried haha “built but pending installation of additional equipment” is that the dreaded I or J you speak of?
