I contacted my dealer today according to them my Jeep is built and will be shipped next month, I checked with Jeep chat today and I am still at D1 , so go figure, I don’t know anymore on who to believe ordered on the 15th of OctoberThought it would be interesting to start a thread tracking the beginning of Actual 22 wrangler deliveries. Tell us your order date and vin. Tell us where you are in production. Definitly let us know when it is delivered. And yes WE WANT PICTURES.
I just went back to my dealer website and looked up all their 2022 VINs. There are 24 wranglers with both window stickers and buildsheets available and dealer shows them in-transit. So I guess it is not completely true that customer sold orders have higher build priority than dealer orders.I've looked at some stickers on Crypto from Washington but not many so I thought it was a Transportation issue but then I see that my dealer has a couple in transit and mines still in D status so I escalated it and should know something later today. Whether it be parts or something else I'll post it. Can't really see any one option holding anything up because it's all over the place no rhyme or reason??????????????????
Means they have your parts available and you should have an estimated date for build barring any unforeseen circumstances. D1 in under 2 weeks from order congratulations go buy a lottery ticket. What is D1? That is my status as well.
D1 is all parts gathered and will be entering production very soonWhat is D1? That is my status as well.
I understand your frustrations with the order. I asked about the very thing you are talking about - some sort of schedule in order to plan ahead. JC told me that they were instructed not to give out any dates regarding builds at this time due to all the problems and delays they are having with shortages and delays in receiving parts.I've looked at the recent build sheets of vehicles already delivered and every box I checked is on a vehicle already in someones driveway so there is no one option that should be delaying my order. According to Jeep Chat I am both "gathering parts/not yet scheduled" and "sequenced for build" how in the hell could both those statements possibly be true. If somehow they are true where am I at in sequence. If there is a sequence then it should be possible to estimate a rough date that may be subject to change. This is the first factory vehicle I've ordered so my expectations were set by friends who have ordered from other brands and were kept well informed throughout the process.
If its a dealership issue of overordering/too many cancellations/over allocation just say that. Would it lead me to cancel this order? No I've already waited 14 weeks at this point I don't want to be bumped to the back of the line (although there certainly doesn't seem to be one) It would definitely change the likelihood of dealing with that dealership again for future orders. I really don't think this is on the dealership though. Also, the dealership is in NJ about halfway between Philly and NYC its hard to imagine that there isn't enough volume to that region to get some shipments moving.
I'm not looking for some priority treatment where I get pushed to 1st build Monday morning and then loaded on a flatbed with a police escort to nj. All I'm looking for is D1 with an expected date so I can plan finances and wear and tear on my current jeep accordingly to maximize trade in value. I can't imagine how asking for a rough schedule for when a product you've ordered will be built and receiving the answer "we don't know" could ever be seen as acceptable.
paint is code FJC (Emily) just told me my build is in paint stage! I have a ship/build date from my dealer of 1/25. No build sheet yet. Anyone know the code for that stage?
Bummer. I heard you don't get the window sticker till it is shipped or at leased released to ship. Maybe it got held up in QC?Dealer, Crypto, Jeep & Chrysler sites... None have it... Even checked www.windowstickerlookup.com

I just have a hard time understanding how someone could order a jeep a month ago and already be D1 or built but an order sitting around for 14 weeks has absolutely no update at all. Imagine getting a work assignment and after 14 weeks telling a customer or your boss “not only have I not started it I’m not even sure when I’m going to start it.”I understand your frustrations with the order. how do you find the 22 vins on dealers website?I just went back to my dealer website and looked up all their 2022 VINs.
