I cannot for the life of me understand how people on this thread think that synced L/R temps that result in a 100 degree differential between the air coming out of the L/R side is acceptable. If I set both sides to 75 I should in there get air coming out that is 75ish or warms the car to 75...

I am aware. If I wasn’t clear I don’t think I’ve ever used auto. I sync the drivers/pax and then select floor/dash/defrost. The combination of defrost/floor is what causes the failure.

Not entirely sure. I don’t think I’ve used auto just always used sync and decided what setting to use.

They inspected the system during the 3rd appointment and verified all internal components were in damages and functioning as designed. Using diagnostic tools they could get all the settings to operate as indicated on the screen. It only fails when using the mode button to select defrost/floor heat.

It does this under literally any temp settings. I can set it to sync both sides at 75 and I end up with drivers blowing at 55 and pax at 158 when measured by household IR thermometer
