Hello fellow Jeepers. I've been running this product on our Jeeps and love the protection and convenience it provides. Also, don't miss the discount code at the end of the video. Happy trails✌🏻

I'd still rather let my non-OEM / tucked-up bumper take a few scuffs than give up that much of my departure angle. Yes, it shows the angle with the spare, but that tire (hopefully) has no air in it so it's as squishy as possible in case it ever makes contact.

Wish it had a loop for a recovery shackle
They've got you covered. Utilizing the two holes on the underside, use a soft shackle and run it up an around the attachment base and back down through the other hole. This is directly from Rock Slide, meaning they have tested this. Appreciate your post.

Are the edges of those holes really smooth enough to not damage a soft shackle? I'm comparing it to something like this:

Agree and stronger than 1/4 steel. Rockslide makes great products but there are several similar options that are cheaper

The holes are not super smooth like the example you posted. Another way to rig it would be a D-ring in the hole and soft shackle throught the D-ring, both of which I carry as part of my recovery kit. Different ways to achieve the same thing.

The made in USA pieces will always be more expensive. To each his own right?

Your videos are always well done and the discount code is appreciated. We had RSE step sliders and optional armor in the garage thanks to your discount code before our Jeep even arrived. My wife originally gave me the silent disapproving look, but now says it’s her favorite mod,

my Rugged ridge said made in the USA. 1/4" instead of 7gauge.. that was a two years ago so not sure if they still are made in the USA. I see now it is $130 not saying it is better but it is an option.

It's definitely a good option and the design of it is cool.

Hey Terry, good hearing from you and really appreciate your comments on the videos. We're working hard on them.

I always push for an available discount code to pass along to fellow Jeepers. I here the same thing alot regarding the Step Sliders, once you try them, especially women, you're hooked.

Be well brother✌🏻

RSE sliders were one of the things that my wife insisted on, and yeah, they sat in my garage for months before we finally got our rig.
