Simple question. For those of you who've had your Jeep for a while now, what option do you most regret splurging for?

For me, it has to be the Granite Crystal wheels. I really wanted black (or ideally bronze) rims but they weren't an option for the Sport S, so I settled for the Granite Crystal as the closest to black I could get. I should have saved my money, ordered the stock rims and then upgraded to what I really wanted later on.

Sort of, kinda retired....mostly
I didn't get all the goodies on my first JL (Here is why I don't have it any more), but my current one has goodies that I am very glad I have. The best is the tow package with the aux switches. I tell all my connections who are thinking about buying a JL to get the aux switches. Well worth the upgrade.

Only one regret… not grtting the trail cam. I know, I know - I even already have the Tazer Mini JL. I might add it someday (@ lower res), but would have been easier to jsut add it when I ordered it.

Didn’t get the cold weather package or Nacho on my two door. I’ve added leather and the tow package, but can’t get the other two. Taught me to order exactly what I want instead of buying off the lot.

I never use the doorless mirrors on my JLUR XR.

Wish my 392 XR didn’t come standard with the nanny shit.

I somewhat regret buying the JL only because its a $30K vehicle that I paid $50K+. It was great to have when I moved to Utah. Not so great now that I moved back to Dallas. Now that I have 20K miles on it, I'm happy with my biggest upgrades like 392 bumpers, Armorlite complete flooring, KC Flex 4 lights on my bumper. I don't plan on making many more large upgrades so my regrets can stay small.

I have a grey four door with red seats and a hard top. it’s a cool look and i really like it but it does seem a bit serious. sometimes i think about what it might be like to have the sarge green two door with a tan soft top and tan leather seats. maybe a hula girl on the dash. i just think that sounds like a fun look lol.

Got a 2023 JLU Willys XR 2.0T in Sting Gray. I ordered the trunk liner - wish I hadn't. Glad I didn't get the factory headliner, went aftermarket with Hot Heads. I got the factory door sill protectors (maybe should have gone aftermarket) but not a big deal. Also wish Anvil was an option in 2023. Otherwise very happy with my JLU.

Actually, I love my Jeep.
