Changed the oil this past Saturday and found mice.
At least the squirrels stop nibbling on my bumper.
Any suggestions at keeping these things away?

My wife’s cousin’s kid shoots squirrels all the time. He bbqs and eats some of them and feeds the others to his boa constrictor.

.22 lr work well, much quieter than shotgun, but crossmen pellet rifle will work also.

So is squirrel and dumplings.

FYI, moth balls are incredibly lethal and don't discriminate. They'll kill the squirrels but will also kill your dogs/cats. Tobasco/pepper flakes are much more humane.

I don’t support any animals and my place is fenced. No dogs no cats.

We have a ton of black racers around here and red tailed hawks. Very few rats.

I also hate squirrels.

One got into my sailboat cabin while I was away and chewed up a cabinet. Fortunately,, I found it soon enough to suck a nest full of em up my shop vac. The baby's mamma, well, she was hit, on the run, by a cluster of bbs. Baited rat traps work well, use peanut butter and a few sunflower seeds. I purchase the rodent repellent packs from Tractor Supply and place them under the hood when the vehicles sit unused.
