Really? Because something else uses it on the manual? Ok, now that I think about it, I guess that makes sense because of where the clutch is. You did specify that you had the 6-speed.

I think this method has been discussed above but here it is in video form:



The method by which the front passenger's fender liner was removed earlier in the video than the point I've queued it to, to provide access to this access hole on the passenger's side, has an alternative technique:



The cable being drawn through this firewall access point in the videos is for the 8 pin trailer harness, but it can be used for any of your wiring, from engine compartment to interior, needs.
