Winch Mount for Plastic Bumper

I opted against the steel bumper group on my JLU-R, but still needed a winch. So I built a simple winch mount plate and performed some plastic surgery:

I cleaned up the fog light wiring after these pictures were taken, so it's not dangling in the way of the winch spool as it shows here... I'm happy with how it turned out

It's 1/4" thick material.

Sorry I didn't see this question... The fairlead is not centered because the Warn Powerplant has the spool offset to the driver side.

I have a PowerPlant I wanna put in. I love the way yours turned out.

I can cut the plastic bumper myself, but anyone know if there is anyone selling a winch plate that will work for this?

I also want to go with a premade winch mount. Why wouldn't the ones made for the factory steel work? Aside from cutting plastic, I can't see why it wouldn't work.

The PP is offset. (Long motor, short gearbox. ) The Warn and Mopar plate is made for the Xeon which is more symmetrical.
