OK, my 2021 4XE Sahara is doing the same thing. What is the real fix . It is at the dealership now and they have no fix for it. They dont even know about it. I called att and they said to reset battery. Didnt work.

Is the fuse the only fix? I am paying for hotspot and i cant use it. SO frustrating

Though I would chime in here too, same issue and I have had to pull the fuse twice so far. Looking into a USB powered hot spot after my ATT annual is over unless there is a fix. What say you @JeepCares (other than "reach out to us"). This is us reaching out to you for a solution...

Edited to add, ATT swears there is a software update, dealer disagrees.

I was hoping I'd find more info about this issue on the forum. I wonder what Jeep plans on doing about this.

My 21 Grand Cherokee wifi hot spot has stopped working once again. I’m a traveling medical professional and my paid subscription of my hot spot is very important to me as I travel through rural areas with limited service. My husband pulled the fuse the last time it did this and it’s worked since until now! @JeepCares what is the long term solution to fix this obvious issue? My husband’s 22 Ram with UConnect 5 doesn’t have this issue at all.

Do you pull the fuse when the car is running or off. Do you have to reset everything on the stereo system. I have had my stereo replaced worked great fir a month now back to square one, ready to get rid if this vehicle

@DLG my husband pulled the fuse with the vehicle off. It’s worked for about 6 months until now.

Off. Pull, count to 10, reinsert.

Great thank you, did you have to reset everything?
You will loose nothing, the screen will go to a "default" UConnect look and will take a few restarts and some time to go back to "normal". It sounds scarier than it is, after a few times you know how to get it done quickly and what to expect.

It's definitely a PITA, but it sort of is what it is after a while.

I can go a few days before it acts up to as long as a month or more. When I notice it, I pull and reinsert the fuse before going into a store or when I get home and 95% of the time things are normal when I get back into it. Twice now I had to do it a second time when it stayed on the "default" screen after a few hours but otherwise it's quick and easy and easier than being pissed about it.
