Hey everyone, randomly today all of my power locks stopped working, including the tailgate. When I press the lock button of the fob the lights will blink and the alarm is armed, but nothing locks. The lock/unlock buttons on the doors don't work, and the auto lock when you start moving also stopped working. I looked at fuse F28 and the wire didn't appear to be broken. Is there anything else you can think of which would cause this?

First I would replace the fuse no matter how it looks. Sometimes the fuse looks OK but it is not. If that does not solve it I would go to the dealer.

I am not sure if this is tied to the Uconnect system. You could also try a soft reset of that system.

Soft Reset Instruction
1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN)
**For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having their foot on the gas or brake pedal**

2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons, at the same time, for thirty seconds.

3) Let go of the buttons

4) Turn vehicle off

5) Open driverā€™s side door for thirty seconds (or until dash illumination goes black)

6) Close door

I verified continuity with the fuse so that *should* be good. Havenā€™t tried a reset yet

Well, after having the fuse pulled for about 5 minutes and putting it back in the power locks are working again. Not sure if it is worth taking to the dealer now that itā€™s working.

Well no since it is working now. Fuse could have been tweaked and not making solid contact. May want to go over all of the fuses, pulling them and re-seating them as others have had to do this.

As simple as that fix might be, I would recommend making some type of formal notice to the dealer so that it makes its way back to Toledo.

You won't find me "pulling them" but yes, will press down firmly on all fuses in the PDC. I do this with any new vehicle I acquire.

I am having similar issue. I just got my JL 2 door Rubicon a week ago and the Driver's side power locks and mirrors do not work. Passenger side works fine. Both of my windows will also go up and down. I've check the fuses and tried to reset my Jeep out of "ship mode" but absolutely no luck. I have an appt at the dealership on Wednesday but if I figure it out before then I will let you all know.

It's wierd, the wiring harness is connected up, but it acts as if the driver side door isn't there. For instance when I open the door after shutting the engine off the radio keeps playing until it times out.

I'm going to try to reset it like mentioned above. That's my last resort before I just take it to the dealership.

I bought a new 2019 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon yesterday. The key fob will lock and unlock the doors when I push the buttons on the fob. However, the door will not unlock when I grab the handle and it will not lock when I push the button on the handle. I took this Jeep for a test drive 2 days ago and it was working then. Why would it stop working and how can it be fixed?

You would think loose fuses would not be an issue anymore after 2 years. I wonder how much money in warranty claims FCA spent / wasted fixing loose fuse issues?

The Jeep salesperson who sold me the Rubicon said to make an appointment with service. I didn't want to waste my time if there was a setting in the Rubicon to turn on / off the Keyless entry. I looked around in the settings and found one that was turned off that looked like it might have to do with the Keyless entry. After I turned that setting on, it worked again. I saved myself a trip to the service department.
