Again long forearms I can reach it the length of the lever isnt the issue. Anyone that couldnt possibly reach it is making it up cause you would have to be a child to not be able to reach that lever.

I’m still waiting for some of the big brained brads to weigh in on this. No offense to the rest of you. Is it Brett or Brad?
It's about time one of you nitwits called for a professional...

That is called a Remote Vehicle Accelerator.
The last time I used one of these I was stationed at Camp Pendleton in Southern California. When activated it causes vehicles behind you in adjacent lanes to speed up so as to come beside you. The symbols clearly state as much:
On either side of you
Vehicles speed up
When going forwards (sometimes with oncoming traffic)

You need to put it entirely in your mouth, it requires heat to work

We all know car designers are weird fetishists, pretty certain that's how they intend you use it

Even if it is, seems very dangerous to use while driving. And what could it possibly be for when stopped?

An internal backscratcher maybe?

Your point is also a good point. That sentence takes on two very different meanings depending on how you say it. Another example: "Jesus loves you" is a terrifying thing to hear in prison.

I mean they never even listed the engine cover on the build sheet and yet it's there. At least with the 2.0.

I thought it was a communications device. You move the lever in different directions (mostly at night) and other drivers will flash their lights and sometimes honk their horns in response. I'm guessing it's like Morse code or binary or something but I haven't found a website that helps me to translate what those other drivers are saying.
