Just looking over my new Jeep and came across these. What are they?

Is that what goes in the square hole on top of the molding over the rear 12v power port?

Yes, you plug the hardtop connection into it as a placeholder when the top is off. The JK’s had a cover over the roll bar that you would tuck all this into. The JL doesn’t so they provided this plastic holder.

Halibut,

would you look to see if there is a part number on that please. I am not having any luck finding it on the mopar parts diagrams. Thank You!

Took a picture of mine. I’m sure it was clear before, but this is it.

That makes total sense. I have been securing mine with a micro bungee using the square hole. Do you see a mopar part# on the bottom where it attaches to the molding?

I have a 2018 so it may not have been available for the first model year or at least the beginning.
Thank You! For the picture

Unless you are like me and forget to unplug them every time. Then sit there wondering why you can't hoist the top more than a few inches! :headbang:

I won’t admit to it, but I ‘may know a guy’ that’s done that before.

Any idea how to replace the rear washer fluid hose? Stupid dog bit it in half. Can’t find the part number and any clues how to replace it.

Use a barbed connector, no clamps need. Plastic washer hose repair, auto parts store
Thanks, I guess this is the way :) Just fixed it, had to shorten it by a couple of inches since the dog chewed on it, but it works.
