What are these?

These were in the back of my Jeep when I bought. Anyone know what these are for?

That makes sense. It has one of those slotted mounts in the dash with the arms to hold the phone. I also have aftermarket wheels and tires so maybe the P.O. removed the camera cover to mount the spare?

I'm impressed that the old parts were still there - not that you need them, but nice to have if you ever change those areas back to stock
