Cooled seats are not available on Wrangler. That’s what the removable top is for...

Those look like aftermarket/dealer installed seat heaters.

Do they function

Looks like you have high and low settings on those switches. Sit in the driver or passenger seat, turn the vehicle on and set the switch for that seat to one setting at a time and see what happens.

who would put these In

Heated seats are an option that comes with other things like remote start and a heated steering wheel. Some people don’t want all that feel it’s cheaper to install heated seats after the fact.

Heated seats are highly popular in cold weather areas.

Hey now....no need to pic on us desert dwellers.. I am actively hunting for a Rubi and will NOT buy one without SOT and the Cold package.....for a few months a year I am dreaming of cruising the neighborhood with the top open and a warm butt

Hey now....no need to pic on us desert dwellers.. I am actively hunting for a Rubi and will NOT buy one without SOT and the Cold package.....for a few months a year I am dreaming of cruising the neighborhood with the top open and a warm butt

I am looking forward to breaking my cold record driving of 21 degrees I did in my Sahara with Sky One top open and side panels off. No cold weather group in it.

Now going to do it in my new Rubicon with Cold weather group next winter. I love the cold so it will be no problem with the heated seats now.

I didn't have my Top-Lift Pro to remove my top this late winter when the arctic blast hit and we dropped to -2 and had a week of 8 to 14 degrees. I would of did it then.

I put in aftermarket seat heaters in my JK. Served me quite well here in MI, but I never want to see a hog ring again in my life.
