That bracket is very confusing because it’s mounted on the passenger side, but they do the offset crash test on the driver side without the bracket.

Had the same thought. But don’t have mine to look at yet. LOLI'm just worried that the 6 inch bolt also connects to something else and is leaving it unsupported. I haven't looked up under there to know though.
It's Thursday. That's the official day to ask this question. It's been in a few threads on here for a couple of months.
They started installing that bracket on passenger side only of the JL/JLU and JT during the '22 MY.I’ve noticed other Jeeps without it
I thought Thursdays were for asking if 35s fit stock? It's Thursday. That's the official day to ask this question.

Lol, that's kinda wild seeing a photo I took being used as the preview for this particular video. Helpful video, though!Saw a video the other day of a guy removing that. Was kind of involved because he had to remove the rock rails and also cut the two bolts that face the tub. They were like 4 inches long. Here is link if interested:
I wonder if the part can be easily retrofitted to 2021 and older JL-gen Wranglers. There's likely a few owners who might be interested in this particular flavor of uparmoring their Jeeps for a bit of add'l. safety. They started installing that bracket on passenger side only of the JL/JLU and JT during the '22 MY.
Did you send it to him?Lol, that's kinda wild seeing a photo I took being used as the preview for this particular video. Helpful video, though!
