    They should use the system that is on the Ram. No plug in. It does passive regen to charge. Why bother with plug in when it will only go 25 miles on a charge?

  9. Swap for D44 front or beef up D30?

    I have been running 35's on my TJ for 20 years. Warn hubs 4.56 axle ratio and a Detroit locker on my Dana 30 front axle. All these years and no issues. I understand the new Dana 3o's are stronger than mine. I say re gear to 4.56 and stick with the D30 unless your budget permits otherwise.

  10. I’m looking at a 2023 4-door Sahara with 3.6 6-cyl gas engine. It was suggested this engine is the way to go vs diesel or hybrid. Please share info

    The only way to get the 3.6 in the Sahara is with the E-torque. Not an option I would choose. Drive a 2.0. You will be impressed. I was.

    Accurately measure your 33 inch (loaded) spare from center to the ground with 40 psi. Deflate the 35's till they match. Disregard any thought of the tire diameter. Your only concern is the loaded radius. When the distance is equal, your loaded radius will be the same. Keep your speed down...
