Bumper and winch installed. Bumper had scratches that they noticed after install and was moved into the sun .So a new bumper is on the way along with the skid plate with ETA of 3 weeks but free to reinstall. Adds a bit in front of a jeep for sure . Pretty sure I'm happy with it.

Looks great. Are you going to drop a winch warn winch in there?
Sure am, just a basic VR8. It looks weird without one. Just waiting for the soreness to go away after tightening all those bumper bolts and nuts. I'm getting old!!!

I haven't looked at the install instructions on these things yet, can you fit a winch in without partially removing the bumper? Also, how did your fog lights mount up?

Nothing in the instructions about "partially" removing bumper to install winch but it is recommended to install the fairlead before mounting the bumper. It also mentions having to trim the frame down for some of the larger winches. I have a small Warn VR8 so I'm hoping it'll fit right in.

My halogen fog lights fit fine but also had to be modified. I had to break off the tab on one side and shave the plastic down a bit. It's just being held by two tiny bolts on one side now. The LED fog lights would install a lot sturdier as they are mounted with large bolts top and bottom. I'll probably upgrade one day when I find a killer deal.

Ah, those mounts look like they are designed for the OEM steel bumper's LED fogs with the 2 bolts, not the 4. That's unfortunate.

I'm not sure I even get to keep it. I would assume they will take it and sell it at a discounted price after the install the new one onto my jeep. I left the original bumper with them as I had cracked it by accident and didn't care .

Do you know which winches require trimming? I'm looking to mount a Zeon12-s and want to confirm it will fit without trimming.

The instructions specifically mention Zeon winches and that the frame rails need to be trimmed to accommodate them. That'll probably be the case with any bumper unless you want to mount it higher up in front of the grill.

Thanks! Any modifications on the bumper install or was it more plug-and-play?

No mods required for the bumper itself. Installation was pretty straightforward. I'm very happy with it.
