  1. QTDDTOT: Questions that don't deserve their own thread

It's a conspiracy, I tell you. Same reason hot dogs come in a package of 12 but the buns come in a package of 8. :bandit:
  2. Jeeps parking next to Jeeps... post yours!

You can't let that bronco tower over you. It's time for a lift.
  3. What is an unpopular opinion you have in the Jeep community?

Unpopular opinion: there's nothing wrong with making mods purely for aesthetic reasons (stickers, winch, hi-lift, etc...) even if you'll never use them. My Jeep is way more capable off-road than I am but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy driving it to the mall. The only exception here is the...
  4. New 2022 JL Manual - Hard to Get into Reverse

Mine shifts into reverse super smooth. My guess is that your clutch is not being fully engaged despite you depressing the pedal all the way. I'd definitely have the dealer look at it.
  5. What tire pressure do you run on the highway/going around town - and why?

They're fine on the highway. It's still bouncy but it's a Jeep, after all. Your chalk test results are accurate. These Ridge Grapplers were designed for a lot more weight than our Jeeps.
  6. What tire pressure do you run on the highway/going around town - and why?

28 psi cold on my 315-70/17 E-rated Ridge Grapplers. Even then I can't get full traction on the edges but I don't want to go any lower. 15 psi offroad. No beadlocks.
  7. What is this part?

Just guessing here but is that where DEF gets introduced to the exhaust?
  8. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

You should change the main battery as well. If you're near a Costco, they recently started carrying the H6 AGM for $180. My ESS works even after 2 weeks of no driving.
  9. Pics of the Gladiator Spare Wheels on a JL

Most tire companies approve up to 295 on 7.5 inch wheels. However, lots of people on this forum mount 315s on stock Rubicon wheels (also 7.5 inch) without any apparent issues. You'll have to find a shop willing to do it, though. The other problem you'll have is the high offset. You'll need...
  10. Just got rear ended

Glad you're okay. Definitely have everything checked but it really doesn't look like any frame damage. Here's a perfect opportunity to upgrade the bumper and tire carrier. Good luck.
  11. Tire Pressure Questions ???

...and you'll be much more comfortable not bouncing around as much.
  12. Nevada WTB Mopar 6BU43RXFAB Front Bumper Closeout Panel for Steel Bumper

I might have one off a Wrangler. Are they the same? PM me if @limeade doesn't come through.
  13. Delete thread

Costco, all the way! I'm still sitting on the stash I hoarded at the beginning of the pandemic. :bandit:
  14. Either of these the correct JL fender clips?

I don't have the exact dimensions but it looks like that bottom one might work.
  15. Warn Elite JL Full Width Front Bumper!

The back of the bumper is open and very easily accessible. You won't have any problem changing out fog lights later on.
  16. Rear camera locking cover for the spare.

There are at least two different OEM sizes of that camera cover depending on which wheel you have. I would just get rid of it but if you're going to replace it, make sure you get the right one.
  17. What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Sorry to tell you but your fog lights are upside down.
