Next week? Next month? Maybe next year? Sure, just wait!A 2 door, 3.6 with auto is the way to go..IMO Why not wait until, it becomes available?
I for one, will not buy something, that I am not going to be happy with. But everybody to their own!Next week? Next month? Maybe next year? Sure, just wait!
That says both engines are available with both transmissions, and that’s simply untrue. The manual is only available with a 3.6.Under the hood, the 2025 Wrangler Rubicon X offers powerful engine options, including the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, producing 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. For those seeking more power and efficiency, the 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 engine is available, delivering 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are paired with a 6-speed manual transmission or an 8-speed automatic transmission, providing smooth and responsive performance. The Rubicon X is equipped with Jeeps advanced Rock-Trac 4x4 system, offering superior off-road capability with locking differentials, electronic sway bar disconnect, and heavy-duty Dana 44 axles. These features allow the Rubicon X to tackle the toughest trails with ease.
Safety features on the 2025 Wrangler Rubicon X include a rearview camera, stability control, and available driver-assistance technologies such as blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-path detection, and forward collision warning. These technologies help provide confidence and peace of mind when driving both on and off the road.

I checked a Jeep dealership and he got with his zone rep. About a week later he got back to me. The 2-door for 2025 will ONLY be available with the 3.6 liter and 6-speed manual transmission. The 4-door is available with the 3.6 liter and both 6-speed manual transmission and the 8-speed automatic. I'm getting ready to FINALLY order my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X 2-door with the 6-speed manual transmission this coming weekend. In Joose (Crush Orange) color. Can anyone confirm there are 2025 Rubicon X (V6/Auto) at the dealerships? From the Jeep site, it shows some V6/Autos are now on dealership lots…..but you still can’t build/order them as V6/Auto.
