If they do, they'll probably up the price across all trims by $2,000. Jeep likes to do stuff like this and package it as "incentives" for buyers ?You can order it on several models right now..............if you want to pay the $4500 up charge.
Hopefully Jeep will get its head out its ass and lower it to $2500
Hah! If only. Mind posting the latest order guide, if you have it?You can order it on several models right now..............if you want to pay the $4500 up charge.

One of the dealers posted this in another 2.0 thread. Said it was announced just after the Aug update.Hah! If only. Mind posting the latest order guide, if you have it?
Yes, the pricing has always been this way. The Auto is $4500 more than the MT, going to the 2.0T "saves" you $2000 therefore the net difference is $2500.I recently noticed the $4500 you’re talking about. My wife ordered a 2dr Rubicon in March. The day we placed the order we’d chosen the V6 and automatic. 2024 pricing wasn’t available at that time.
Then over that evening and next day, we decided we should try out the 2.0T this time around. Our two previous Wranglers had the Pentastar. So visited the dealer and asked if they could change the order from V6 to 2.0T. They said sure, no problem.
Last week Monday her Jeep arrived. As it turns out, the dealer didn’t actually change her order, but let that order go as it was and ordered a second Jeep with same options but with the 2.0T.
I was tracking both orders, and when the window stickers became available, I noted a $2K difference. Scanning the window stickers I found as this thread mentions, that the auto option with the V6 was $2K more, etc.
Was the pricing always this way?
It really wasn't like that. If you got the 2.0 it was 2K, and the auto was 2500. But when you got the V6, it was still just 2500. So the difference was 4500 if you went with the different engine, but not if you just went manual to auto with the V6Yes, the pricing has always been this way. It's 4500 now because it includes auto cruise control, remote start, and a few other things. You can order it on several models right now..............if you want to pay the $4500 up charge.

WivesWhy would anyone order a Jeep, that way, with an auto trans? Jeeps have manual trans.
Yes, the Rubicon t-case is different, 4:1So I just looked at the online build.
Sport S or the Willy's V6 with 8 speed auto is a $2500 upcharge
Rubicon with the V6 and 8 speed auto is a $4500 upcharge
What am I missing as they seem to be the same drivetrain. Does the Rubi get a different transfer case with this as well?
