A few weeks ago I started getting a front end vibration/wobble when going over some rough roads and expansion joints of bridges at speeds around 60mph or faster. It wasn’t every one I crossed just a few bad ones. There would be a constant vibration in the front end and the steering wheel would turn side to side (a few inches of rotation) and it wouldn’t stop unless I dropped below 60mph. Never felt out of control but was very annoying.

I researched and decided to go with synergy. I bought it last week and installed it last night. Well on my test drive last night and into work today it no longer has the vibration/wobble issue. I know the exact locations it would do it previously and was relieved the synergy track bar fixed my issue.

That said, I’m sure most of the ones being considered are fine pieces. I like what I read about synergy and the new bushing design. I like the adjust setup better and I like that the bushings are easily replaced if/when needed. Down the road I’ll probably install synergy’s drag-link and tie-rod setup too.

Just wanted to offer my real world experience on synergy. I’m sure the others could have fixed my issue too. And I’m just shy of 24k miles..

The Steer Smarts tie rod and drag link are amazing but the ridiculously huge adjuster sleeve on the track bar makes it almost impossible to get a steering stabilizer mounted on top of the tie rod where it's out of harms way. My ideal setup is the Rock Krawler track bar with the Yeti drag link and tie rod.
I was seriously considering the steer smarts till I read this. I just replaced my steering stabilizer and relocated it to above the tie rod and thought it was a tight fit with stock components

Honestly the jam nut construction of the RK, Metalcloak and others is stronger than the pinch bolt setup. The Yeti stuff is great, but that track bar adjuster is just stupid huge.

I installed the Rancho track bar about a month ago and it was a night and day difference. I had major vibration coming through the steering wheel took it to the dealer and they blamed it on the 2.5" spacer lift, typical dealer blaming it on an aftermarket part!

clayton makes amazing stuff, have over a year and about 20k miles on my no issues not death wobble and i and friends have been running their stuff on many different setups with great results and they stand by the product and give great help when you need it

Clayton does make great stuff, but I see they’re using Johnny Joints. Have they improved over the ages, as the ones I remember were spherical bearings encased in poly sleeves that lasted maybe 20k miles and then needed replacement.

Struggling to find a quality rear trackbar with rubber bushing, anyone have recommendations? Was told by my favorite shop that metalcloak and evo are kind of light and not robust.

If Synergy's had been out when I purchased mine, I probably would have gone that route since everything else I have is Synergy. :). I went with the Teraflex and I'll tell you, it is an awesome track bar.
Any chance you have the steering stabilizer relocated above the tie rod? I’m wondering if the location of the pinch bolts on the teraflex track bar would scrape against my fox 2.0 stabilizer that is above the tie rod. There is not a lot of space there.

I am about to put the Falcon 2.2 back on. And yes, it goes above the tie rod. I can't do it today since we're heading up to Boston for TG, but I'm thinking about putting it on tomorrow and I'll take pics for you.

PPS: Here's a pic that Gabie at Teraflex sent me of a Falcon 2.2 with the JK bracket on a JL.
