That almost looks like Billet Silver and not Granite Crystal.. Is it possible they were labeled wrong on the box at the factory?
Just got to Dealer now and they're taking pics. On boxes labeled PAU which is Granite. Good news is 500 miles and free oil change means she's okay to open up now

Well good news if you call it that. Service manager took pics and said it looks more Billet. So case submitted and wait on how it will be resolved.

Idk how the service manager would even attempt to argue it’s not off. I can tell by pictures you posted how bad it is. And typically pictures don’t show much. It will be a massive/expensive job to correct them. Make sure your working with a competent body shop. I hope it all works out and if not ask for your money back for the doors.

I remember back when buying a new vehicle that you hoped and prayed your car wasn't assembled on a friday because the workers on the assembly line are anxious to get home for weekend.

But this should've been obvious to catch, especially in the bright lighting of the assembly line (speaking of the cowl). I can kindof understand how doors might be overlooked as they are maybe not near the other assembled cars, but still it's so wrong to have happened. Where are wranglers assembled now-a days anyway?

Even some of the crap we see on threads like this is better than cars and trucks were form the mid 70s-mid 80s. Some of the stuff you would see on new cars in those days was unbelievable.

My white cowl corners don't quite match, but I don't want the dealer touching them and making it worse.

This issue is not acceptable though. It seems that GC is a tough color. There was a thread awhile back where a new GC Jeep was 3 different shades.

Oh he was cool. I'm in Chicagoland and travel almost 2hrs. to Green Acres to this Dealer. They care service all open can watch them work on your vehicle. By me Dealers could give 2 shits. Lol. Thanks man. Just a big headache. At least I have her!

Doors are done somewhere else they are already boxed and thrown in Jeep. So they aren't viewed on the vehicle or even near it. Same goes for grill, fenders, and cowls.

Now out there somewhere is a Billet Jeep owner with GC half doors scratching their head as to why the colors dont match.
