The dreaded JB freeze

So I've been I've been in JB status a little over a week and my Rubi has an H33 hold code. Does anyone know if that is for the soft top issue? I ordered dual tops.

I'm there with you on the H33 code. Some posts after yours have guys with dual tops moving through, so not sure if it is that or not. Anyone have an idea on the hold code H33?

Jeep chat said my order was in JB "which means it's moving along nicely and is about halfway done". I asked about the soft top delays, since I ordered dual tops, and and he said that will be cleared up by mid-march and should not delay my order. I hope that means end of March (birthday) or at least early April is a reasonable expectation.

I likely have all of you beat. Ordered 12/26. My first was built in late Jan and then spent 22 days in "I" and then failed inspection. Factory resubmitted my order and now I'm on day 19 in "JB". It seems like I just can't catch a break!

Been watching this thread for a few days now. I've been through a lot of the same experiences and can empathize. I received a call from my dealer today that my Black Rubi, Dual top, manual, etc. is KZ and will hopefully arrive this Friday. I just hope I don't experience any of the KZ delay issues I've read about. Ordered 1/20, went JB 6 days ago, had a D to D1 regress which is a total wait of about 8 weeks if all goes well. Best of luck to you all....hopefully this is both my first and last post to this thread.

Talked to my dealer today about being stuck in JB because of the soft top and asked him to look it up in his system. 10 days ago he said his system had a delivery date of 3/15. I obviously knew that was not going to happen because Jeep chat told me it was in JB (which it is still in). The dealer today replied back and said now the system no longer has a delivery date. I'm thinking this is not good. Just about had it.

I'm in the same status. KZS means that the vehicle has been moved from a remote storage lot (we saw images of the Toledo regional airport!), back to the manufacturing site in Toledo, from where it will ship. Does not mean it has shipped yet.
