Congrats on the movement, I saw that this morning via tracker.. Your current estimate should be the delivery window to your dealer.... since we were in the same holding code from the tracker, I hope to see some movement later today or tomorrow as well -- fingers crossed.

My dealer just called me to propose a solution. Jeep reached out to him to determine if I would accept my JLUR w/Dual Top minus the premium soft top. Then once available, they would ship the premium soft top to my home. I jumped all over this solution! Great work River Oaks Jeep, Houston (Mark Gussman).

Make sure you deduct a$1000 from the sales price so they won't lose interest. I believe for that to work your dealer must do some paperwork, an incentive may speed things up

I agree with you, I don’t think their time quote is accurate. Mine seemed to sail through the entire process until JB, of course.

Like for example, suppose you and I ordered the tan premium top (just saying, I didn't)--is there some series of options that particularly back logs a Wrangler in JB--is it patternistic...?

The Operations Research manager says, "well then why not repurpose some of the machines that can do both soda filling and labeling, along with some staff to this problem area."

I don't get it SS. "Wouldn't you feed the ones first who had gone the longest time without a meal?" Wouldn't you prioritize orders longer in queue before shorter ones under the theory that my money is no more greener than yours?

I don't know how assembly plants work but I bet it is not as simple as this although I wish it was. I know I ordered soft top only and that was on hold but now some are showing up. I also ordered Punk'n Orange and although some have been delivered it seems for some reason there is an issue with that color as well as Ocean Blue. What that could be I have no clue.

I have a friend that works at FCA corporate in IT and he does not even know what the reasons are.

Does anyone else have a tracking update problem? Mine just shows KZS with eta of 3/16 to 3/20 but no scanned updates at all, just says ODC Ohio? I remember my last several tracks had scans at each train stop. If my eta is in a couple days shouldn’t there be more scan info on where it is and not just in Ohio?
