Yeah I did that. I am unmarrying it and starting over from scratch nowYou've got to follow the instructions exactly as they are written. I did the same exact thing as you and got very frustrated. Took a break, had a shot of my favorite Tequila, and went back to it. Got it working!
Did you scroll to "Full Reboot" and select it after you made changes? You'll know for sure because you'll see a countdown timer start. Once the countdown is complete, perform two sleep cycles. Do this, in order:
- Turn ignition off and close the drivers door (or open then close it).
- Wait 60 seconds AFTER the dash goes dark, then turn the ignition on (but do not start the motor).
- Do the above step twice.
Did you enter the size of the tire as written on the tire or the size of the tire after measuring it?Did not work.... still reads 70mph when gps says I'm going 74... I did the full 2 sleep cycles after the full reboot and everything. Everything else works. The TPMS setting save but the speedo does not change
Is it retaining the new number in the tire size settings after you change it or defaulting back to the original number?I have tried multiple different sizes, the speedo is simply not changing
Retaining the number but not actually changing the speedo. Its 5% off which by the math is what it would be off going from a 35 to a 37.Is it retaining the new number in the tire size settings after you change it or defaulting back to the original number?
