Heat gun or blow dryer to play it safe. Takes a little time to warm it up and go slow. Pull some off, warm again, etc ... all came off one piece. Can see a small shadow, but not too noticeable and that fades over time.

I used a hair dryer because a heat gun was a bit of overkill.
The method above is key. Heat it up good. Then get a corner started.
Heat 2 or 3 seconds. Then pull gently - maybe only move it 1/8" at a time. Then heat more. Pull another 1/8".
The key is not to break it or you have to start another corner which is a PITA.
Looks great. The rectangle is far more visible in pictures than in real life.

As you see, the outline is faint but it is what it is. 8-) The outline is not going away but I can tell you in short order, you will rarely even take notice of that faint outline. I know you can't say the same for that ridiculously gawdy safety decal that was there.

Remember, you can still place a decal over where the decal was and that will cover the faint outline... but then you will be looking at a decal that does not match the color of the visor..

For those that will be removing the safety decals. Do use a very low heat setting on your hair dryer. First heat the whole decal and then quickly go to a side of it and start peeling it off as you continually hit it with the heat. Careful not to over heat / melt the visor's vinyl. Peel , pull slowly and gently so you do not stretch the heat softened visor's, vinyl. You will see the vinyl is soft and giving a tad but it will go back into shape.. Just go easy and expect to be working on each visor for a good half hour +-.
This is what worked for me, maybe 40F and hair dryer did nothing (even on high), heat gun on low and don't get too close, work a corner up and then gently pull towards the other end like opening a zipper. Had to kinda heat a bit more and then pull farther until all the way off. Got some residue, wd-40 and GooGone didn't seem to help, but at least the stupid warning stickers are gone!

The vinyl did bag/stretch a little when heated but let it cool and back to tight and flat.

This morning the sticker haze is much less pronounced, guess wiping it down with WD-40 and then GooGone helped, looks 1000 times better, thanks for the help!

I bought a decal that is the exact same size in black for both sides that says Rubicon and it fits over perfect

Thanks that's one way to fix it, but I wanted them gone as in nothing to see there or peel later. :)

I didn't even realize they were there. After reading this I confirmed, they are there and now I want them removed or covered.

This morning after sitting overnight with GooGone wiped onto them, almost no longer visible.

Last night right after removal, that's the shrunken leftover from driver's side. Merry Christmas!
