Sting Gray vs New Earl Gray

Yep, here is my Sting Gray parked next to another Sting Gray. One in the sun and one in the shade are two very different colors.

That's amazing to see the difference. I imagine Earl will have a similar flop between blue and gray.

Not mine but I agree. Excited to see some Earl Grey rigs on the road. I could not hold out for it and and very happy with Hydro Blue.

Well, my favorite Wrangler color is Anvil. I waited for the 2020 MY to see if it was coming to the JL. But, after seeing Sting Gray, I really liked it. Overall I'm glad I got my 2020 JLUR when I did & really glad I got Sting Gray. I have to admit that Earl Gray looks interesting & could be amazing in person. But, I would still get the Sting Gray, no matter what. The red accents do look good on it, but just about any accent color looks good on Sting Gray.

If you're having to wait, maybe you will get a chance to see Earl Gray in person. Perhaps Earl will replace Sting, but it may be replacing Billet Silver Metallic.

If it was me, & I was waiting, I would try to see each color in person before deciding. But, as far as I'm concerned, you can't go wrong with SG.

Thoughts on these two? I was sold on the Sting Gray, but now I’m considering the Earl Gray since I have to wait to order anyway. The only thing- I think the red Rubicon letters might look better on the Sting.

You can get the same decal done with cyan like gray borders ?‍
But you can't repaint the whole vehicle. Don't let the sticker determine the much bigger choice to make on color #2c?

I say sting gray.. but of course I'm bias.. I love how it changes based on the lighting.. in the mornings in my driveway the hood will look lighter than the body like in the second picture.. all depends how the light hits it.. I love it

Sting Gray is a crazy color. So many different shades depending on the light. This is my former Grand Cherokee.

I like that bottom color. That was my 2nd choice after the yellow I chose.

My first choice was the military tan/khaki/sand color, then i saw the Sting Gray, which i absolutely loved and ordered
