Earl gray unavailable?

Did Jeep stop selling Earl gray? I’m trying to build a wrangler and it’s not available as an option anymore. U less I’m doing some wrong.

I just checked the Jeep site & Earl appears to be gone, at least on that website.

If so that’s too bad. It wasn’t an option when I ordered my 21, but I saw one in the wild last month, with mostly black accents, and I’m not gonna lie, it was a sight to behold. Way better than I expected from photos I’d seen.

They pulled it dec 14 the day after I ordered mine…..dealership said it isn’t expected back. Sorry hope he is wrong.

Wow, since it was touted to be a regular color, not a special edition. Might have well been a sales disappointment. Wasn’t a color I considered though.

Luckily they still have other grays available - just not Earl
Now if you want purple or pink - too bad ?

Earl should still be available, we have a person in the Earl thread that checked in with their dealer if it was an option or not, and the dealer was able to select it no problem on his end. I believe it was pulled briefly for a bit, but it has since been re-instated. Me thinks the world-wide pigment shortage that has been going on has affected Earl. The build & price tool is somewhat notorious for being behind the times and seems to be updated at rather random intervals. I know that the doors on/off function hasn't been working for a few months, and before that adding certain options would crash the preview as well.

TLDR - As far as it is known, it is available, check in with your local/preferred dealer to be sure.

I've never thought as Earl as a grey colour. Definitely more blue than grey.

I emailed Jeep customer service yesterday about Earl Clear coat and this is what they said:

"Please be advised that the “Build & Price” feature on the Jeep Brand website is meant to reflect the Jeep models within dealerships’ inventories and not the ordering system. The ordering system changes on a frequent basis, therefore, your preferred Jeep dealership would have the most up-to-date ordering information when you walk through the ordering process with them.

We presently show Earl clear coat exterior paint is open for order on the 2023 Jeep Wrangler lineup. We would recommend reaching out to your preferred Jeep dealership to go over all options currently open for order on the 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon."

I emailed my local Jeep dealership about the same thing and they said:

"The available color options you have as of now are:

-Black
-White
-Earl Clear coat
-Firecracker Red
-Granite crystal
-High Velocity (which is like highlighter yellow)
-Hydro Blue
-Punk'n (orange)
-Sarge Green
-Silver
-Sting Gray"

So it sounds like the dealerships can see Earl clear coat as an option and they can order it!

The color was dropped from the website several weeks back but I was able to order on 12/30 (well after it had disappeared from the site).

It looks like an awesome color. I'm hoping to find a dealer around town that has any Jeep model in Earl clear coat so I can see it in person. I saw this pic someone took and it looks great.

The Jeep website has NOTHING to do with what the dealer can / can't do for an order. They don't keep it updated at all. Best to call your dealer and have them check the order system directly.
