Yup. Mine was totaled the first week in Feb and I heard rumors that they might bring the color back so I decided to just be carless and wait for it. Trying to decide what to do. Going to put a white top on a picture of my old one in photoshop and see if I shouldn't just order it. If I don't like it I may end up with Anvil white top. I'd do hydro blue but my neighbor has that blue on his Sahara.

FWIW, I'm glad I got my Earl back in 23, with the black top and black fender flares. I think the body matched top and flares would have been too much. The contrast between the black and the earl color really makes it pop. It also has the added benefit that I don't really care about offroad damage as much with the black. A little light touch with a heat gun or map gas torch, and things smooth out pretty well on the fenders. Black sharpie or touch-up paint does pretty well for the top.

Mocked up a Rubicon in the white cap. Badly, yes, but you get the idea.

I think that would be a big nope from me. I’m not a fan of the whitecap unless it’s paired with primary or secondary saturated colors (like red, blue, or orange). I just don’t think the Earl has enough saturation to compete with that much white accent

Same. I think it looks like a frosted cake. I actually like it on Anvil, and my son saw a hydro blue one with the white cap and was quite taken with it. As it stands I'm going to talk to my salesperson and see if we can't build up a Rubicon more like this. Looks a bit tougher than my original, but I like it well enough.
