Not all tire balancing is equal. It is essential to have your tires “road force” balanced. This technology can be used to optimize placement of your tire on the rim to ensure a better balance. I too struggle with the occasional wobble…which I can revolve with a rebalance. You can throw a lot of money at parts but I would make sure you have a robust front track bar and an upgraded steering stabilizer. You can replace drag links and ball joints also but I suspect the rebalance is the biggest issue. Discount Tires has road force balancing equipment.

It's so essential that they just invented the machine a decade ago

I developed a shimmy after a trip to Moab in the fall. I let it go until now, because I drive so little and just local most of the time. I knew it was at least in part, due to balance. It would start to vibrate pretty bad about 75mph.

These Mickey Thomp BB AT 37s were installed about late last spring. Probably 6-8k miles on them. I took it in to Discount/Americas Tire today and they balanced them. Took it for a run on the freeway and was able to find clear road for a 80+ mph burst and some bumps. No shimmy.

When I returned home from the test run, I found a white paint pen and marked a white dot on the sidewall aligned with the valvestem. I think, while running Golden Spike's Waterfall, my WFO send over the Waterfall obstacle, with squealing tires and at 12 psi, mounted on Icon Rebound Pro wheels, the tires rotated on the wheels. Their "Innerlock" system doesn't clamp the tire bead like the traditional beadlock ring system.

It is completely unnecessary. Just buy good tires.
I’ve had some trouble with KO2s and Duratracs…both of which were purchased because of the good ratings for low noise and balancing. Everyone has an opinion….

yes and most people's opinions are based on maybe a dozen sets of tires they've bought in their life.

hundreds of millions of tires were balanced just fine before 'road force" balancing existed.

“Fine” perhaps for some….but for me there was a dramatic improvement in the quality of tire balancing after road force balancing became available. This is my personal experience in reflecting back on 50 years of car ownership….

If old fashion static balancing meets your standards…have at it!

So the dealership replaced the steering stabilizer (as I expected they would) with the updated newer version and while I’m not quite buying them saying it was the “cause” it drives pretty nice now, much better than I expected it would. I’m still going to be upgrading the rest of the steering components, but I’m satisfied for the time being.
Did it fix it? I am having a very similar issue - looks just like your video except it happens at like 70-75 mph. Very random, doesn't always do it.
