STEERING END TOUCHING RIM

Good afternoon, I had an accident recently and changed all the components, the vehicle came back with the rim touching the tie rod when the steering is turned all the way left..
I have attached some pics? Was the wrong tie rod used??
I pictures show when the wheel is turned and when it is straight..

It looks like you have a sport with OEM wheels. That adjuster is really threaded out. Can you take a pic from the front with the drivers side tie rod and knuckle in it? Does it only happen turning left and not right?

I should have mentioned that this is RHD.. 2021 and the rim touches only when I turn left..

The RHD makes more sense. Did the shop forget to put in the steering stop?
The pic isnt mine, but shows what to look for on both sides.

Stupid question: Is it aligned?

Actually it was aligned, cambered, toed etc..

The only thing that can be aligned in the JL is the toe. Camber, etc is not alignable.

First make sure you have the right tierod. Sport vs Rubicon have different axle widths and different tie rod widths.

It is also possible that your tierod is bent (making it shorter) causing the tierod ends to be threaded too far out, or maybe the alignment is just off.

Assuming you are using the correct wheels with factory offset, maybe steering stops need to beadjusted (specially if it is a slight rub).

Behind where the arrow is pointing there should be a bolt, this is your turn stops, make sure it’s there first, I can’t see from this pic, if it is there then turn it out a little until the tie rod doesn’t hit.
