I believe they told you that because they haven't got the slightest clue how to fix it.Agree. Crazy. Who do you believe?
When I took it in with both RPM and speedometer problems (and a Jeep Cares case number) I got a new gauge cluster. The new cluster is spot on for both speedometer needle and RPM. Hello frostai,My JLUR has only 3 months and I started noticing it on the highway and then on some stoplights ranges from 3-10 mph, but today I noticed that it got stuck at 10 MPH on idle when I had a sudden stop and the Jeep's autostart turned it off before the marker hit 0.
Dunno if that's the cause, but posting to see if you guys can do a test and post back

Hi D-Mo,Also heading to the dealer in the next few days for a new cluster. Having the same speedometer issues and my odometer shows 999999 randomly on startup. Drive for a few miles and it goes back to normal...
Since 1947, or thereabouts!Full stop showing 6mph

The real question is, "does it accumulate miles while sitting still thinking it's doing 6mph"? *LOL*Full stop showing 6mph
