The other day when driving my rubicon I noticed the digital and the needle on my speedometers didn’t match. And when stopped at stop sign the needle on the speedometer was about at 3 miles an hour.

That's not unusual. Mine's been off since day one. Dealer just told me to use the digital speedometer and take the analog with a grain of salt.

Raise your seat higher, then it will match.

This used to happen to a lot of people, not sure what the fix was. The "analog" gauge isn't analog at all. It's just wrong.

Last year when I bought my 2018 used the needle was 5mph faster than the digital. The dealer flashed the computer and both were reading the same up until a few weeks ago. Depending on how crabby the Jeep is being the needle will read 1 or 2 mph slower and sometimes will be dead on. Seems like the needle has to play catch up and then reads correctly. At one time while sitting at a light the needle was reading about 3mph. I tapped on the dash and the needle went back to zero. I use the digital speed anyway but now and then the needle will catch my eye.
