Smart Start/Stop - A Must Have

Just a shoutout to @Rhinebeck01 + @SmartStopStart.com . Ordered the part on a Monday and received on a Wednesday. Installed in 2 minutes this morning (courtesy of the Tazer extension cables) and works perfectly.

The SmartStopStart unit never hiccups... You will truly like it..

I laugh out loud when on occasion I see someone on the forum recommending one of the knockoff brands...

I mean you can get the @SmartStopStart offering that works as designed and never hiccups... has a smaller footprint size wise.... it's sold by a guy in the USA ..... he's a fellow JL owner.... he has been a forum sponsor since 2018 ....

Why you would pay similar $ for the iffy knockoff when you can get the original SmartStopStart for about the same price. --->Why why, would you go with one of the iffy knockoff's or recommend to someone that they buy a knockoff. Daaah...

Fully agree AND I no longer need to even think about it--ESS is off...

I like having the ESS. But my 2023 Rubicon is a manual transmission. So by the time I push the clutch and move the shifter into gear, their is no delay in acceleration. My wife doesn't like having the ESS on her Hyundai Santa Fe, but it is an automatic...

Even though I had actually started to program my brain to turn off the stupid ESS, but my gosh what a nuisance really. I bought a SmartStopStart also recommended by Rhinebeck. No more thought process of reaching for the ESS button, way better! Now you know why It's Rhinebeck O1

Just ordered this unit.
I've had my jeep 3 years almost to the day. Looking forward to not having to push that damn button any longer!
