In actuality, the statement in post number 11 does not preclude that the rates differ.

Ok... I'll try again. Has anyone ever confirmed that each part number is a different spring rate?

Post #11 in that thread states that those numbers are a range depending on options, rather than a driver/passenger rate.

Yet these two posts contradict what they said in the other thread...

Got a better caliper finally, front springs on my JLR mostly measure within 0.007" (approximately two pieces of paper), with one spot up to 0.018". Both front springs varied depending on where the measurements were taken, and in my opinion this is not a good way to tell the passenger vs. driver side spring. I'm still not convinced that my springs were designed with a different wire diameter at all.
