Rubicon styling on Sport

Hey y’all,

I’ve always liked the styling on the Rubicons and I applied that to my JL Sport S with some takeoff/aftermarket accessories. If anyone has any questions about some of the upgrades please let me know! The costs were 875 for steel bumpers/Rubi suspension. 500 to LED all my lights and 1000 for the takeoff wheels and tires. Still got a lot of plans in the works but I’m happy with the progress so far.

Thanks! The headlights are kiwi 9 inch JL headlights. Ordered from amazon. Took quite a bit of adjusting to lower them. 5 washers on the inside most bolt. They are true 9 inch and do not need an adapter or flash to LED. The fenders are the stock sport ones with diode dynamics JL switch backs. Steel bumpers were purchased as takeoffs from Craigslist. The decals I purchased were from eBay. Highly recommend wet install. I wet installed one and dry installed the other. The dry has a couple tiny air bubbles but nothing crazy. I’ll include links for all below.

Looks great! I have those headlights, (but in the euro cross form). How are they at night? Anyone flash you? How are the cut off lines?

A couple flashes so far. Definitely need to adjust them more. Just added a few washers like the company said. I was thinking about asking the company to send me the new adjustment screws they come with.

It you do all that, you’re at or near the cost of a rubicon.

There are some (this has already happened)
They have found that their front and rear axle are Rubicon even though they own Sport!

So I would have good luck for him.

I’ve seen those headlights before and they look nice! Most of these that I’ve seen all refer to the DRLs but I don’t have those on my Sport. I guess the halos wouldn’t even work right?
