No, I live about 4 hours away, but my daughter goes to college there so we go often to visit.Awesome, thank you. I will give him a call. Are you local to San Antonio?
I wasn't able to determine whether that 3% was with or without the affiliate discount. Please let us know when you ask them so I can update the spreadsheet.Currently working with Central in Raynham MA. Can anyone tell me if an FCA affiliate code is needed for the 3% below invoice, or is it based on mentioning this thread?
For most of us support comes from whatever dealership you want. I waffle between two local dealerships depending on what I'm having done.Ratbert, thanks for this list!!
We've been dealing with Steve at Jim Butler in Linn, MO. As advertised, it will be 7% below invoice with the Tread Lightly discount. We're into the dealer for $500 for the deposit and the numbers he's sent back for a Sport JL look great so far.
Now, if we could only get a Jeep Wrangler into production with the strike : (
I suppose the real test will be the after purchase support.
How does this work on a build order? Should I assume that the build price that shows up on the Jeep website = MSRP = invoice and that whatever % I get off MSRP or invoice per the spreadsheet will just be the % off the build price shown on the website? This is a consolidation of the details spread throughout the Dealers % Below Invoice Thread. Please post updates either here or on that thread, mention @Ratbert, and I'll update the spreadsheet as soon as possible.
Affiliate Discounts:
The recommended approach when looking for a dealership is to simply call them and tell them that you found out about their below-invoice pricing through JL Wrangler Forums.
- Up to an additional 1% below invoice.
- It's highly recommended to sign up for Tread Lightly
- An affiliate discount that's easy to get ($100) even if you're not otherwise eligible.
- 1% below invoice from most local dealerships (ask them) even if they don't typically do below invoice pricing.
- Additional 1% below invoice for many of the dealerships on the spreadsheet.
- Must sign up 30 days before you drive the Wrangler off the lot.
- Usually only applicable to custom orders.
- Discussed here.
The website is kinda a reference, and isn't always right. It's more of a sales tool. How does this work on a build order?
