@Ratbert thank you for this thread. My local dealership was trying to charge MSRP + a bunch of "required" dealer addons. With your spreadsheet I was able to contact Mark Dodge, a dealer that is relatively close to Houston, place an order for exactly what I want with complete transparency on the price, no gimmicks on fees or financing, and offer it to me for under MSRP. No haggling at any point. They were super knowledgable and informative at every step of the process and made sure to price lock at the time of ordering.

FYI, I was able to order a 4 door Rubicon from Lonestar Jeep in San Antonio for 7% under invoice with Treadlightly. Order was placed beginning of August.

Feedback on Granger in Iowa: I placed an order for a 2024 Willys with Granger yesterday. They offered 6% below invoice plus the 1% TreadLightly discount. No other dealer I reached out to could even get close to their number. Also includes price lock, and fees are very reasonable! Placed order yesterday, and got my VIN today.

FYI, I was able to order a 4 door Rubicon from Lonestar Jeep in San Antonio for 7% under invoice with Treadlightly. Order was placed beginning of August.

Did they require financing for that rate? Hope much of a deposit? Refundable?

no financing, deposit was $1000 non-refundable I believe.

My order was for a ‘24 at a total of 7% under invoice (not MSRP). $100 deposit.

Yep, discount matches Ratbert’s spreadsheet in the first post of this thread. No haggle, everything done over email. Made it a VERY easy decision to order from Granger. Plus they are only about 20 minutes from my house! I was surprised the deposit is only $100.

Well I did it, my 18 JLUR "suburban" is now a 2023 JLR 2dr, pretty much loaded except cruise keep/lane change warning. 4.88 gearing. Asked $64k, Labor days sale now 58k. About 10% off MSRP, this is Payson Chapman jeep dodge. Not sure you want to put it on the spreadsheet, sale ends the 5th. It's sarge green, won't stay in 4L. So, first return visit soonest. Drives great.
