Quadratec is not OK these days. They are not themselves. This may just be a funny little pricing error, but QT is struggling.
I had to call twice to modify my order (once) and was on hold an hour five minutes the firs time and 44 minutes the second time.

So why is the combo $20 more expensive than both items purchased independently? Am I mathing wrong?
Doesnt matter, if you order it today you wont get it for months. QT really sucks on their delivery times.

Literally everything I want to order from them is "backordered". I think they are in a downward spiral.

I ordered the garage smart lift that was on sale yesterday and it is expected to be delivered on Sunday. Besides being on hold for several minutes it was a seemless process.

Part arrived on Sunday as scheduled.

I've ordered a few things from them recently, got all items in like 3 days except a tree strap that was back ordered. The time you're on hold to talk to someone is pretty ridiculous right now. They might be short staffed like everywhere else is these days.

I ordered some sliders during the Father's day sale. Received them within a few days, no issues at all. But I was a little worried after the stories I've been reading here. I also noticed that they have many more items listed as backordered, so I think (hope) they're trying to give a more accurate view of what's actually in-stock based on some rough reviews here.

So I ordered this dead pedal from QT a couple of weeks ago, albeit without the special individual item pricing. Shipped the day after I ordered it, and got it a few days later vis UPS ground. Perfect experience for me. As for the pedal- probably one of the best, most inexpensive mods I've made. Easy to install, works great, and dead solid off road.

I'm on the executive leadership team of a company that has a call center. It's almost impossible to find competent people willing to work in those roles. We hire ten, half never show up, two can't show up on time, one won't do the work and we wind up with one person 30 days later. It's a real struggle. I've ordered from them a couple of times in the last 60 days and received everything timely. I know that's not everyone's experience and it's a "them" problem not a "you" problem, but it's not just them. It's almost every company that operates a call center.

I ordered it on Jan 25 and it’s still on back order.

Ordered a trailer harness for a coworker Monday, had it Thursday morning and the other tech working on his Jeep installed it with a rear bumper that evening. 3 days order to delivery.

Jeep Wrangler JL Quadratech, are you OK? 4805338B-C4FE-4703-8FC0-97185C58C2F6

Easy install, just gotta be a bit flexible. Feels very solid and I like how the pad pattern matches the factory pedals.

No issues with Quadratec here. I got the dead pedal and my LoD Armor Lite Sliders in a week.
